Say hello to our newest series… Clover Chronicles!
Now that Clover is here, we’re trading in Bump Update Wednesdays for a front-row seat to life on the farm with our newest little star. From wobbly first steps to growing up at the Fair, you won’t want to miss a moment.
Follow along each week as we watch Clover grow.
Clover is the first baby of our beloved 2023 Fair mascot, Cedar. She was born on March 3rd at 2:45PM with a weight of 65 lbs! March 3rd just so happens to be the birthday of Honey Smith, one of the founders of Dalkena Highlands. Happy birthday, Honey and Clover!
Our beloved Cedar the Highland Cow is going to be a mama soon! Check back on this page as we post updates about how her and her calf are doing.
Since 2023, we have partnered with Dalkena Highlands (based in Newport, WA). They are the owners of both Cedar the Highland Cow, and Bo The Nigerian Dwarf Goat, our 2023 and 2024 mascots, respectively. They will be onsite with their kids, Joy and Vincent, all week long at the Fair, ready to meet you and answer any questions you may have about raising animals, or regenerative agriculture!
Feel free to watch this video to learn more about them and their farm!
