We are partnering with Tangen Hospitality to give you the chance you to be among the first to enjoy Cedar’s Crown Floral Gin and Bo’s Blend Bourbon at all seven Tangen Hospitality locations. Each location features Fair-inspired Fresh Sheet menus celebrating local farmers and seasonal flavors, with a portion of every featured menu item supporting the Spokane County Interstate Fair’s Agriculture Buildings and Youth Agriculture Education programs.
A percentage of all sales from the Fresh Sheet menus will go directly to assist in continuing vitally important Ag Education at the Spokane County Interstate Fair to preserve, promote, and grow agricultural education and experiences for future generations, while providing a premier facility for the entire Pacific Northwest to gather, learn, and celebrate agriculture.
In addition to being the exclusive outlet for Cedar’s Crown Floral Gin and Bo’s Blend Bourbon, we are teaming up with Tangen to bring you several fun events, from August 10th to October 4th! See our calendar of events below.

In partnership with Browne Family Wine and Spirits, we have created Cedar’s Crown Floral Gin, a naturally-flavored masterpiece that will transport you to a world of botanical bliss. In addition, we are bringing back our beloved Bo’s Blend Bourbon, full of richness and complexity of this whiskey.
Both of these premium liquors will be available at all participating Tangen locations.
They will also be available at the Browne Speakeasy all 10 days of the 2026 Fair!
